6200-Ch Electrically Heat Traced

Until now, small bore piping requiring heat tracing has been field installed using SR electric heater pre-formed or blanket type mineral fiber insulation with mastic or metal clad jacketing. This method of heat tracing and insulating pipe is not only labor intensive it results in gaps in the insulation, openings in the coating or jacketing which allow moisture egress resulting in degradation, corrosion & loss of thermal efficiency which leads to higher operating costs. The 6200-CH Series pre-insulated and traced system provides pipe, tracer channel, insulation and a seamless extruded jacket in one easy to install system. Thus greatly reducing the amount of field labor required while providing unsurpassed weatherability and years of maintenance free service.
